The upholstery business uses the skills and expertise of its 200 strong workforce to manufacture its popular products in three workshops located in the valleys of south Wales.
The firm is a family business that has been trading for three generations and its product offering includes sofas, armchairs and footstools in a range of designs and materials.
Sofa Sofa decided to enlist the expertise of Kilsby Williams’ tax and accountancy specialists to help the manufacturer through a restructuring transaction.
