Three dedicated professionals have been promoted to Director, further strengthening the firm’s senior team.

Ashley Wareham, who has expertise in both compliance and advisory work to guide clients through complex tax matters, has been promoted to Tax Director. Michelle Jenkins and Thomas Furnell-Regan, who joined the firm as a trainee in 2017, have both been promoted to Director in the business services team. Michelle specialises in working with SMEs on audits and year-end accounts while Thomas has responsibility for preparing accounts and conducting audits for a wide range of clients.

Each new Director has made a significant impact through their technical expertise, dedication to clients, and contribution to the firm’s ongoing growth.

In addition, four professionals have been promoted to Manager roles. Robert Harris and Colin Evans are now Tax Managers, while Ryan Jeffs and Ben Llewellyn are Managers within the business services team, specialising in accounting and audit respectively. These promotions recognise their professionalism, skill, and commitment to delivering high-quality service across the firm.

Rob Meredith, Tax Partner, said: “These promotions are incredibly well deserved. The promotions to Directors and Managers not only recognise their individual achievements in their specialisms but also strengthen our leadership capacity as we continue to grow.”

Jonathan Harrhy, Business Services Partner, added: “Our people are at the heart of everything we do. It’s vital to invest in their professional growth and celebrate their progression. We’d like to congratulate those in our team whose hard work has been recognised with these promotions and we look forward to seeing them progress further.”
