Bethan joined the firm in 2019 as a payroll assistant and progressed to payroll manager in 2025, shortly after completing her Foundation Degree in Payroll Management (FdA) through the IPPE in 2024. She has several years of experience in payroll and is proficient in a wide range of payroll software. Bethan is also a member of the CIPD, reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence in payroll and people management.
Outside of work, Bethan enjoys spending quality time with her family.
